Choice FM has been licenced by the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland to broadcast over 10 weeks from September 8th until November 12th.

We broadcast to the cities of Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway in composite FM stereo from high transmision sites in each of these cities. We also broadcast on MW in the Dublin area from a site in South West Dublin.

Our studios are located at Marina House in Dun Laoghaire and we link using a Microwave link to our Dublin transmission sites, while out signal is sent to Cork, Limerick and Galway via leased lines.

Our audio processing is carried out using Orban Optimod, giving us a clear, open and clean on-air sound. Other types of equipment in use at Choice FM include Audix, Soundcraft, Denon, Tascam, Rode, BSS, Gentner, Beringer, Alice and more.

We broadcast on the following frequencies:

Dublin/Leinster - 92.1 FM / 1278 khz MW
Cork - 106.7 FM
Limerick - 99.9 FM
Galway - 104.9 FM
